Is Oakland County still a seller’s market?

 

The answer is yes; but only if you’re in the right lane.

Single-family estates continue to command full-price offers almost overnight. Serious buyers are stepping up, and updated, well-positioned homes are moving fast.

 

Condos and townhomes, however, are telling a different story. Inventory is climbing, prices are softening, and strategic buyers are finding opportunities in this segment.

 

The insight: The luxury market is divided and strategy is everything. Sellers with homes that show beautifully and are priced correctly are cashing out strong. Buyers with vision and timing are uncovering hidden value.
